your (fiction) book recommendations & my list

February 4, 2019

I'm typically a fan of reading self-care or information-based books but I've been feeling ready for a shake up, so I sent out an instagram post asking for fiction book recommendations. And wow you guys were amazing because I received more than 200 of them! I tried my best to go through all of them, and below are a list of some of the ones that caught my eye and might interest you too!

p.s. You can follow me on Goodreads ( to keep up with what I'm reading throughout the year!

what I'm reading next

Shoe Dog by Phil Knight

While this is not a fiction book, I am fascinated about how Nike got it's start. A little look behind the scenes of the evil fast fashion, if you will. I've heard really great things about it!

Swing Time by Zadie Smith

This book has been on my to-read list FOR YEARS at this point. I had it on my summer list and never got to it, as I couldn't find a used copy locally. But I'm hopping in and will give it a listen on audible!
